I have been a part of the District 125 family for the past twenty years. I have remained in this district because it is exceptional. Every student is a valued individual and we strive to ensure that all students succeed. We understand the importance of looking at the whole child, which includes monitoring their academic progress along with their social and emotional well being. We have invested parents who work alongside us to assist children in reaching their full potential. Our goal at Lawn Manor is to get kids excited about school. We want our students to grow into lifelong learners who value education.
This year our districts theme is, "Dare to be..." This is not going to be a typical Lawn Manor school year. The pandemic has affected our children and families in so many ways. It has been a scary, painful and incredibly sad time. We have been reminded in a cruel way that we have limitations in what we can control. We can't control this virus, but we can decide how we choose to respond. I will dare to be hopeful this year. To believe in our communities resiliency to get through this difficult time together. Who will your dare to be?
I am here to support our students and their families. Please contact me if questions or concerns arise, I can be reached via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone (708) 423-3078.
