      The students will be studying the following topics in 7th Grade: 

      First Trimester:

      Geography, History, and the Social Sciences, Before the First Global Age, Exploration and Colonization, and The Thirteen English Colonies

      Second Trimester:

      Crisis in the Colonies, The American Revolution, Federal and Illinois Constitutions, and Launching the New Government

      Third Trimester:

      The Age of Jefferson, The Nation Grows and Prospers, The Jacksonian Era, Westward Expansion, and North and South
