EXTENDED DAY ACTIVITIES
Click on the attachment below to view the extended day activities being offered at Hamlin Upper Grade Center at this time. All Hamlin students are eligible to sign up for after school clubs. Classes will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. The sign-up form can accessed by clicking on the attachement below (during sign-up time), and any fee required must be turned in by the stated deadline on the form. Please make checks payable to Hamlin Upper Grade Center. A minimum of 10 students is required for each club. If the minimum is not met, the class will be cancelled and you will receive a refund. The fees include the cost of all materials and instruction associated with the sessions.
The Extended Day Program provides students with enrichment activities in various areas. Each student will be able to select the activity which is of interest to him/her. There are offerings in the fall and spring each year. Transportation is the responsibility of the parent. Some of these activities may have a fee charged in order for the student to participate. Examples of previously offered programs are: creative writing, Minecraft™, study buddies, and various sports activities. If your child is missing more than 3 assignments, they will be required to get them done before they can attend their activity on any given day.
Parents and guardians are responsible for transportation. If your child is late being picked up more than three times, your student will not be allowed to continue his/her membership in our extended day activities.
